Boxed In Boxed Out – Alex Shaw

Boxed In Boxed Out is one of a series of paintings inspired partially by my pinhole photography, the work looks at the relationship between the beauty of our urban environment the people that are present within it. I was not looking to capture  a moment or a single image but rather a flowing moving scene, I wanted to capture the energy and movement withing the space physical and metaphorical.
